Having cover gives you peace of mind where a gas safety check or boiler service will be carried out every year as well as any breakdowns with your boiler or problems with your plumbing or central heating. Yes, Our rates are transparent, and call-out fees are included-no hidden costs.
Upon the expiry or termination of this Agreement, the Contractor Baps-Taps Ltd will return to the Client any property, documentation, records, or Confidential Information, which is the property of the Client.
In the event that this Agreement is terminated by the Client prior to completion date the Contractor Baps-Taps Ltd will be entitled to recovery from the site or premises where the Services were carried out, of any materials or equipment which is the property of the Contractor Baps-Taps Ltd, or where agreed between the Parties, to compensation in lieu of recovery.
